Books you purchase from the Amazon Kindle Store are eligible for return and refund if Amazon receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase.
Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the book.

Digital books purchased directly from the website are eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within seven days of the date of purchase, subject to our decision.

Due to the fact that digital books purchased from the website still remain in your posession as we provide you with a link to download the book, refunds are handled differently than Amazon kindle books to prevent fraud.

If you are unhappy with a book due to spelling or grammar errors, or any other calculation or formatting problem, then we will gladly work with you to fix the relevant error and provide you with a new digital copy.

If you are unhappy with the book as a whole, we will at our discretion allow you to choose any one of our other books and then provide you with a digital copy of said book.

Should the book you are unhappy with be more than the price of the selected book, you may choose one additional book at our discretion.

If neither of these option are acceptable to you, we will at our discretion refund you in full for your digital order, provided we received your original request within seven days of the date of purchase.
